Lotro, popular belief is less than credible as evidence for something, regardless of whether it 'makes common sense' or is valid (neither of which I believe those are without sources). People believed the world was flat for ages, and it was common sense.

We differ on where we believe common sense dictates in this argument, so I'm going to leave it at that unless you can produce some sources.

I said a lot of the reason I believe what I believe is because of common sense (because to me, it makes so much sense). Not that there is no credible evidence for the benefits of juice fasting.

And at the very least, it can't hurt you, when done correctly.

I'm not interested in producing sources, or drawing up evidence. I'm just saying what I believe and hope others take note, and do the research themselves. I think I'm going to find big benefits with this when I start, and I wouldn't want you guys to miss out on realizing that this can really improve you.

My health has shot right up since I started living clean. I have so much more stamina and endurance now. I think so much more clear, and just overall everything has improved. Its a healthy lifestyle only for me now, and forever. The benefits are way too good to pass up. I've been weight training almost everyday, and my body is responding very quickly. A year from now I'ma be fucking ripped. I can see and feel all of the muscles in my body much better now. I stretch very often, too.

I believe in invisible pink unicorns. They're exceedingly important to my sense of well-being. It's just common sense that their aura of well-being contribute to my overall quality of life! I feel 1000% more awesome every day upon waking up, and can do more now that my days are 25 hours long!

Everything awesome in my life I credit to these unicorns, and you should believe in them too! I stretch very often, too.

Note: this could be vastly improved by instead of choosing an ad absurdem argument, picking a different 'power by common belief' phenomenon other than health pseudoscience (bonus points if it's one that you really disagree with) and parodied from there. That would, however, require effort, something my toxinated body simply can't seem to locate the motivation for. I use commas very often, too.

Haha, what a dick.

Lotro already said he wasn't posting evidence because he's not trying to win an argument. He's saying, "I'm doing this, this and this and it makes me feel great." Nothing wrong with that.

I used to fast for a fundraiser at my old church promoting awareness of world famine called the 30 Hour Famine. We had juice every couple of hours and we were locked in the church for the duration to make sure no one was getting ill or doing anything too strenuous. Fasting gets a bad rap undoubtably, but there are definitely case studies supporting it as well. People have strong opinions on the matter.

BTW I fast daily for twelve hours while I sleep! I'm just that good

Yeah, pretty much haha, and even if I don't, I don't eat for an hour or two before bed and an hour or two after I wake up.

I've actually been losing weight! I cut soda out of my diet. I drink a lot of water, but I still (it's rare) have an attachment to energy drinks. I can't seem to completely give them up yet. I also added a daily walk on days I don't work to keep me active. I have a natural habit I've been building for years called laziness that I'd love to break, but there is far too many addictive things that I allow to call my attention, such as, video games.
